  Went to Russell Cellular in Geneseo on 9/27/14. First I saw their store was a large store that was rather empty. There was about only 5 phones on display and there was a lot of dead space and no where to sit. Second, my wife and I waited for about 20 minutes and didn't get greeted any any of the workers, and some douche tried to cut in line because the workers weren't paying attention to anyone other than the person they were slowly waiting on. My wife and I ended up leaving after 30 minutes, and went to the Davenport Verizon Store and got our new iphones. Recommendation, go to davenport and get some dinner and skip the hole in the wall store in Geneseo.
